7. Lifting and ejecting unit
(1) Lifting pin unit: its main function is to lift the material bar to the die during continuous stamping processing (the height of the position is called the feeding height, and to achieve the purpose of smooth feeding, its forms are:
(A) Lifting pin type (round, for pure lifting), is the most common lifting pin unit.
(B) Lifting pin type (round, with holes for guide pins), the lifting pins are provided with holes for guide pins to prevent the material from being deformed by the guide pins and make the guide pins work.
(C) Lifting and guide pin type, both of which have the function of material guide. This form of lifting pin type is most commonly used for material guide of continuous molds.
(D) Lifting pin type (square) Air blow holes are provided if required.
(E) Lift and guide pin type (square).
(2) Ejector unit: During automatic stamping, it is necessary to prevent the punching products or punching chips from jumping on the surface of the die to avoid damage to the die and the generation of bad stamping parts.
(3) Ejector unit: The main function of the ejector unit is to eject the product or waste from the die during each stamping process.
There are two installation sites for the ejector unit:
(A) Installed on the upper part of the reverse configuration type mold
(B) It is installed on the lower part of the aligning mold.

8. Fixed pin unit
The shape and size of the fixed pin unit are designed according to the standard specifications. The precautions for use are as follows:
(A) The fixed pin hole should be a through hole. If it is not possible, consider a design method that can be easily removed by screws.
(B) The length of the fixed pin should be moderate and not greater than the necessary length.
(C) The fixing pin holes should have necessary escapes.
(D) When it is placed on the upper mold part, a mechanism to prevent it from falling should be designed to prevent it from falling.
(E) When one side is press fit and the other is sliding fit, the fixing pin hole on the sliding side is slightly larger than the fixing pin.
(F) The number of fixing pins is based on the principle of two, and the same size should be selected as much as possible.

9. Binder plate unit
The particularly important point of the blanking plate unit is that the blanking surface and the die surface have the correct parallelism and the balance of buffer pressure requirements.

10. Misfeed detection unit
When stamping with a continuous die, the die must be designed with a fault detection unit to detect whether the change in the feeding pitch exceeds its benchmark and stop the operation of the punch. The fault detection unit is installed inside the mold. According to the detection method, there are the following two installation forms:
(A) The form of the detection pin installed in the upper mold, when it deviates from the hole of the strip, it will be detected by contacting the strip.
(B) In the form of a detection pin installed in the lower mold, it is detected when a part of the strip is in contact with the detection pin.

11. Scrap cutting unit
During the continuous stamping process, the strips (wastes) will leave the mold one after another. There are two ways to deal with them: (A) Coiled by a coiler
(B) It is thinned by a die cutting device.
There are two ways of the latter: (a) using a special scrap cutting machine (set outside the stamping machine), (b) installing a cutting unit in the final process of the continuous die

12. Height stop block unit
The main function of the height stop block unit is to correctly determine the position of the bottom dead center of the upper die. It has the following two forms:
(A) Frequent contact during stamping
(B) The method of contacting only during assembly and not during stamping. In addition, in order to prevent the contact between the upper mold and the lower mold when the mold is transported and stored, it is preferable to place a spacer between the upper mold and the lower mold. When the accuracy requirement is unnecessary, the screw adjustment type can be adopted as the standard of use.
