It is absolutely necessary to design the matching relationship between the nylon buckle and the door trim panel and sheet metal. Once the injection mold of the interior panel base material is opened, the height and position of the snap seat is difficult to change. The most likely problem is that the buckle is too tight and too loose. If it is too loose, there will be gaps; if it is too tight, it is easy to snap when opening and closing the door.
ABS injection molding substrate + special adhesive + PVC skin production process:
ABS substrate (with a lot of Φ1.2 holes) - spray glue - PVC artificial leather heating (140 ℃, 30s) - vacuum adsorption skin - cooling - wrapping - assembly accessories - inspection - packaging
Main technical requirements:
-40-90℃ for 6 hours without opening glue.
-40 ℃, 24 hours without cracking.
In addition to paying attention to the fit clearance with surrounding components, pay attention to the following issues:
No dead ends, R must not be less than 10
Forming substrate + adhesive + fabric, sound-absorbing and heat-insulating materials can be attached to the back.
Forming process: molding
Production equipment: large table press (100-200 tons), steel or aluminum alloy mold (with or without cutting edge), oven or mold heating.
Raw material: The fabric can be 180-210g/m2 non-woven fabric, weft knitted or warp knitted fabric, breathable artificial leather. The base material can be PU, PS, PP, PVC foam board, corrugated board, etc. The sound-absorbing and insulating materials are generally XPE foam, PU foam, waste woven felt, etc., which are pasted in blocks, and the thickness is generally more than 10mm.
